WHAT WILL WE ASSESS?
Developed in collaboration with international psychologists, university researchers, and health & safety specialists, ensuring high standards of validity and reliability, our psychosocial risk assessment is a structured process used to identify, evaluate, and control the factors in the workplace that can negatively affect employees’ mental health, wellbeing, and performance.
The assessment evaluates 14 psychosocial risk factors that are most strongly associated with mental health, safety, and performance. These factors are aligned with the psychosocial hazard categories in ISO 45003 and legal guidance.
