A Lifeline for Mental Health First Aiders

At Dharma, we recognise the vital role that mental health first aiders play in providing immediate support and guidance for mental health challenges in the workplace. We also know that the journey doesn’t end after training, and supporting others can come with its own set of challenges, including:

Lack of ongoing support

You have received solid training but wish you had access to continued learning, tools & expert guidance and a community of like-minded peers.

Emotional strain and burnout

Exposure to mental health crises can be draining and lead to compassionate fatigue and burnout, yet few effective systems exist to support your wellbeing.

Feeling isolated in your role

Despite your supportive function, the lack of a peer support network can create a sense of loneliness and heighten the emotional burden of your role as a mental health first aider.

If this sounds famliar, then you already know how difficult it can be to get quality advice and support from a trusted source
in one single place...
