Does this sound familiar?

Loads of employee benefits; not so sure about the results
You offer a wide variety of employee benefits, but they seem disjointed and might not even guarantee your compliance with the most recent workplace wellbeing legislation.

You want to do the best you can and want to get it right
You have seen instances of companies receiving considerable fines for breaching their duty of care despite offering a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, and this is a situation you’d like to avoid.

So much to do, so little time, not so much budget
You are committed to doing what’s required by current workplace wellbeing legislation, but you have a million things on your plate, and you need all the help you can get.
If it does sound familiar, then you already know how difficult it can be to get quality advice and support from a trusted source in one single place…

That’s why we’ve created the
Dharma Academy for Workplace Wellbeing
We were frustrated by the stories that employers, leaders, and HR professionals like you were telling us.
They were searching for the right guidance to improve engagement, retention and performance by complying with the most recent workplace wellbeing legislation, but they couldn’t find the right answers and support.

“We thought we understood wellbeing, but after working with the Dharma team on our wellbeing strategy, we have reached a much deeper understanding of workplace wellbeing and its benefits. This process has been hugely beneficial to our team, and has supported us on our journey to becoming a healthier and happier company”.
Vikki Sylvester
Chief Executive Officer, Acacia Training

We found that

Your business might not be compliant with its duty of care
The majority of businesses don’t know that current legislation requires companies that employ five people or more to have an operating mental health and safety management system.

Some HR and H&S professionals are exposing their organisation to risk
The majority of HR professionals and health and safety consultants are unaware of this legal requirement and are exposing organisations to unnecessary legal, financial and reputational risk.

You need the resources and advice, but you have a small budget
There are very few companies that have the required background and expertise to help businesses to fully comply with their employer’s legal duty of care, and these consultancy services are beyond the reach of a small business budget.

Meet the Founder
Hi I’m César and I did not start this business because I suffered a personal issue, let alone a tragedy. I founded Dharma in 2015 because I was frustrated to see so many of my friends and colleagues burning out at work unnecessarily. That is what kept me up at night.
Therefore, I spent the last two decades obsessing about how to effectively and efficiently help businesses like yours to significantly enhance workplace wellbeing to improve retention, engagement and performance.
I’m a Senior Chopra Center for Wellbeing Certified Instructor, a Certified Corporate Wellness Solutions Specialist by the Corporate Health and Wellness Association (U.S.A) and a Global Facilitator, Coach and Wellbeing Consultant for Thrive Global, the leading corporate and personal wellbeing organisation in the productivity and personal development industry.
I’m an Executive Life Coach certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and serve as Senior Advisor to the Global Centre for Conscious Leadership with base in London.
I’m also an adjunct professor at IE University’s executive education programmes and a personal well-being consultant to government, sports, arts, and entertainment personalities.
My mission is clear: to help businesses like yours thrive by providing you with international best-practices to create a culture of workplace wellbeing to unlock the potential, passion and creativity of your employees and ensure the continued growth and success of your business.
