1. Core Ethos
Our core ethos for Dharma Academy for Wellbeing is to to help business leaders, HR managers and workplace wellbeing Champions improve engagement, retention, performance by making our strategic employee wellbeing guidance and frameworks internationally and digitally accessible resources that help companies meet the highest standard of wellbeing for their employees. This document details from the outset how we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join the Dharma Academy for Wellbeing ("the Membership"), you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.
2. Membership Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) Key Details
The Terms set out below apply to the services offered by Dharma Academy for Wellbeing. Terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms. The Terms set out below apply to the services offered by Dharma Academy for Wellbeing. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the Terms under which we provide services to you as a purchaser of the Membership. These Terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Please be aware that we may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Membership indicates your acceptance of the terms and agreement to any changes.
3. Membership Outline
Dharma Academy for Wellbeing is a membership platform for providing wellbeing courses and support for company employees. The Membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.
The aim of the Membership is to support companies in achieving high standards of employee wellbeing. This membership is not designed for individuals outside of an organisation, corporate business environment.
4. Eligibility
This membership is suitable for business leaders, professionals and business entities seeking to improve employee wellbeing.

6. Membership Fees and Payment Terms
The cost of the Membership is set at the time you subscribe and is inclusive of taxes. Payments are to be made via Stripe or Paypal and will be taken on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions are for 12 months.
We reserve the right to change the content and delivery of the services within the membership and the associated price point at any time, with a 28-day notice provided to members.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership. However, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of subscription. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected] and a full refund will be provided within 30 working days.
No refunds will be provided after the 14-day cancellation period for both annual and monthly subscriptions.
Members can self-manage their account and cancel through the platform at any time. However, members cannot pause their membership; they can only cancel it.
8. Open Door Model
At Dharma Academy, our open door model ensures that we are always accessible to our customers. We encourage you to reach out and discuss any questions, concerns, or feedback you may have. This model aims to promote collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect, between Dharma Academy for Workplace Wellbeing and our valued customers. 9. Contact and Schedule
The Membership will run continuously, with training material, live Q&As, and live masterclass sessions provided as set out above. Should any session be postponed, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

10. Disclaimers
We make no guarantees regarding the success of any member in achieving improved employee wellbeing. All training provided will be general information and guidance and not bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction taken as a result of the information within the Membership.
No content in this Membership should be construed as medical advice. For medical concerns, seek assistance from a medical professional.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we limit liability for any harm resulting from your use of the Membership. Our liability shall not exceed the total of any fees received from you during the 6 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability in respect to fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury, resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our subcontractors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including solicitors’ fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data are important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy.
During the Membership, you may have access to confidential information provided about other members in the community space. You agree not to disclose such information. Unauthorised disclosure may result in immediate dismissal from the Membership.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are accurate and up-to-date, at the time of registration, and on an on-going basis thereafter.
Your log-in details must remain confidential, and you must not disclose this information to a third party, without our express permission in writing. If you know, or suspect, that your log-in details have been obtained by a third party, you agree to change your password immediately, and provide notification of the same as soon as possible to [email protected].
13. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the materials provided remain with us. You may use the materials as learning resources but cannot duplicate, republish, reproduce, or distribute them. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us, we retain and reserve all of our copyrights.
14. Non-Compete
While in Membership and for 12 months following its termination, you shall not use the confidential information revealed to you for any commercial purpose.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The English Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of the Membership.

19. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us. Any updates to these Terms will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision within these Terms is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect (unless that would contradict the clear intention of the parties, in which case the entirety of the relevant provision will be deemed to be deleted).
No provision within these Terms shall be enforceable by any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
